Your role in the story

As an ESG/CSRD Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, measurement, and realization of sustainability objectives, shaping Heerema's sustainability reporting structure within a new regulatory framework. This position offers exposure to the business in a growing, multinational setting, requiring close collaboration with various stakeholders to make a distinctive difference.

What you will be working on

• Monitoring and analyzing the impact of ESG reporting requirements, including gap-analysis and reporting deliverables;
• Developing implementation plans for ESG reporting standards in cooperation with key stakeholders;
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of an auditable ESG data collection and control framework;
• Implementing the CSRD action plan and setting up a reporting framework for CSRD/ESG KPIs;
• Collecting, validating, and consolidating ESG data for internal and external reporting;
• Coordinating and reporting according to the EU Taxonomy and supporting its digitalization.

Is this the job for you?

Key ingredients for success

• A relevant master's degree in accountancy, controlling, or sustainability corporate governance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with a keen interest and preferably experience in ESG reporting.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluency in English, and a pragmatic, change-embracing attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a quality-minded approach.
